What do you do when you have trouble solving a problem?

Answer

If you are having problems on the job and don't know how to solve them, then perhaps you should consult with your boss and or with the team if there is a team in place to resolve problems that are un usual in nature.

If you were a little more specific with your question perhaps a better answer could be given. As an example. What kind of problem are you referring to?
