Take a teaspoon of honey in your mouth, roll it with your tongue followed with a glass on warm water will heip to ease the pain in 5 minutes.

Some Pepto Bismal would help an upset stomach. You can try laying down and getting some rest. Or sometimes, You can curl up (legs pulled up to your chest) in a ball and lay down on the couch or bed.

If your stomach hurts, you should take some pills and eat healthy food and drink plenty enough water. Don't eat a lot of spicy food and don't drink milk. Do not eat junk food or chips or all of those sugary stuffs that has a lot of cholesterol in there. That might help ease the pain.

But if it still hurts, then I suggest you visit the doctor right away and get some medicine.
