If they are not yet able to eat regular food, they can be fed kitten milk replacement like KMR mixed with a spoonful of heavy cream and a probiotic powder.

Also, be aware that it is not good for the mother rabbit to keep having litters, especially at this rate. It will lower her health and shorten her lifespan. You need to either have her fixed or separate her from the buck.

What does the word 'litter' mean if you are a rabbit?

Litter for a rabbit is the babies it gives birth to after being pregnant. Normally rabbits get from 3-12 kittens in every litter. Some rabbits like the Belgian Giant often only get one to two kittens in a litter. Other smaller rabbits can get up to 16-20 in some cases, but it is not normal for them all to live. 6-8 kittens may live and grow up, in some cases up to 10-12 but this is very rare.

How many cats in a litter?

A litter of cats means the group of kittens that a mother cat gives birth to at one time, and has no set number. I don't know, off hand, the record largest litter, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear that it was twenty or more; a litter can potentially be only a single kitten; but the usual size seems to be about five to seven.
