There's no specific requirements. You graduate from high school. You take a course of study at a place that trains you to become a real estate agent. You pass a state-given test. You get a license.
Business, business law, economics and whatever course uses "How to Win Friends and Influence People" as the textbook. Automechanics would be good, too, to enable you to get a salaried job or start your own business in times, like now, when the real estate market is, uh, difficult.
Please edit if you know. Your high school might have a person who you can talk to about GCSE and A-level choices and your job prospects. They give very detailed and helpful information about what you can become through your qualifications.
HS classes are inconsequential, you just buy some books later (when old enough) or take a couple classes at vocational school and pass the real estate exam, it's not easy test but not on par with a bar exam or exam for teaching certificate.
