What does 'BER' stand for in connection to the Olympic Games?

[Edit]
According to the IOC's own website;

http://multimedia.olympic.org/pdf/en_report_258.pdf

BER is the TLA for BERmuda.

BER 'could', possibly, in some other context, be some sort of designator for the 1936 Summer Olympics, held in BER-lin.

Warning; Some other websites (mistakenly) state that Bosnia and Herzegovina's symbol is BER.

btw, 'TLA' is itself a TLA for 'Three Letter Acronym'
