What does 'Kwop Kilawtley' mean?

Answer:

'Stay with Me Forever'

"Kwop kilawtley" means "Stay with me forever."

Jacob says this to Bella just before the scene with the almost-kiss. Seems to be incredibly romantic, but if this is coming from a vampire, this must be similar to saying "Let me make you dead forever." Sort of like the last words a victim would hear from a serial killer. Puts a new perspective on the romance, doesn't it?
