After an extended job search, reality star Jon Gosselin is swapping reality TV stardom for a 9 to 5 job.
According to some sources, Gosselin is working for Global Green Property Services. Global Green Property Services helps which properties become more environmentally friendly.
Allegedly, he is doing sales marketing, which means he has to cold call companies and tries get them to use Global Green. THis job does not come with a huge salary, but is it income for Jon outside of the limelight and allows him to blending without living a life with the world watching.

But since the news about this job was out, there are new rumors that Jon no longer works for Global Green and has moved on to a different job.

So.. who knows? Jon knows.. the rest of the "sources' and 'friends' clearly don't have their story straight.

Jon Gosselin used to work as an IT analyst. Since the Gosselin's separation and divorce, Jon Gosselin has struggled to find meaningful employment. He has stated that he is "too famous" for traditional jobs, and is dealing with a lawsuit brought by TLC over his earnings from public appearances that were "unapproved." However you look at it, Jon's earning capabilities are hampered by his celebrity, and his inability to use the celebrity to generate income via public appearances.

Via his Twitter feed, Jon has mentioned his ongoing search for employment. The economy, and his need to live in close proximity to his children have forced him to dip into his savings as he continues his job search.

At the time, Jon and Kate stated: "Our life is the show and the show is our life." They were supporting themselves and their family through sponsorships, speaking engagements, and the reality show "Jon & Kate Plus 8."

In addition to speaking engagements, the Gosselins -- together with Beth Carson -- co-wrote Multiple Blessings. Another book entitled Eight Little Faces, which features pictures of the Gosselin children along with their favorite Bible verses, has been published. Supposedly, Kate is also working on a cookbook as well. Beside the books, speaking engagements and the show, they also generate income from their DVD sales.
