Cards having significant flaws will receive "qualified" grades as follows: OC (Off Center) ST (Staining) PD (Print Defect) OF (Out of Focus) MK (Marks) MC (Miscut) NQ Non-Qualifier is widely used on auction listings description indicating the card being sold has not received and type of flaws by PSA. Cards without additional flaws usually attract more experienced collectors and can be of higher value.
