She said there is a practice tradition of Nikon, about how to have a relationship acknowledging gratitude, being thankful. so I am looking up the word as it pertains to this, but having trouble googling past the camera company name. But this may be how the name came about, in their desire to have gratitude be the basis of their company. However, perhaps her term is Nikkon. ??
