OSHA was established to create safer working environments with an emphasis on reducing and preventing work-related injuries, illnesses, and occupational fatality. OSHA sets and enforces standards in the US for workplace safety and health. A lot of companies has found success through OSHA compliance. Aside from keeping the safety in the workplace, they were also able to see that workers with the education about the hazards at work tends to be more systematized at work and produces more work. specially when they avoid mishaps and accidents that can cause a lot of delays for the project
