What does Tec 5 3756 QM TRK CO mean on a tombstone?

[Edit]

Answer

Technician 5th grade, 3756 Quartermaster Truck Company.

During that era, the structure was the opposite of what it is today in that grade 1 was the highest and seven was the lowest (as opposed to 1 being lowest and 9 being highest today). This rank was a non-NCO version of Corporal and wore similar chevrons, but with a T marker to differentiate them from their NCO counterparts.
