What does a 15-year-old who wants to have a baby and is living in a foster home have to do to convince a judge to allow her to move out so she can live with the baby's daddy?

You will regret getting pregnant at 15. You not think so right now, but you will. But if you are determined to get pregnant...as soon as you have that child in your stomach..no matter what age you are...you are emancipated and can live whereever you want. Just please think about it before you do it.
Note: I'm not sure the comment about being emancipated when you become pregnant is correct. Better do some more checking. Deb
I agree being pregnant at the age of 15 is not a good thing...I got my girlfriend pregnant and she and I are only 15..and I regret doing that but she is now living with me
although being 15 is very young to be pregnant. no one can really tell you to do something you werent happy with. but before you make any decisions its best you talk to somone who has been through experiences such as these! im 14 going to turn 15 on march 13 i am 7 weeks and 6 days pregnant! i used to be awww im pregnant and be so happy. but it is a very long route to take im bearly reaching 2 months and already im tired of it all. and most guys thinks it so easy because they dont have to deal with the pain. i cant tell you not to have one i can just give you advice in my opinion if i were you i would wait. this is a big decision and through all your pregnancy to when you give birth and to when you have to take care of it is not easy at all. live your teenage years wisely and make decisions you wont regret you are only 15. make sure the baby daddy really does love you before you go any further my babys daddy was 2 years older then me and he used to tell me he loved me and he would never leave me and the babys side but turns out her cheated on me. so now im a single teenage mom. & its really hard to find a guy at your age or any teen age who wants a girl that is pregnant. so please think about the decision your making[= if you have any more qestions just ask!
