In Nevada, the minimum wage. Dealers make their money in tips. In a good house they can make as much as/or more than $75,000/yr in tips plus wages. It does not necessarily depend on how good a single dealer is, it is in the overall performance and attitude of the dealers and the generosity of the players. Actually poker dealers make much better tips than Blackjack dealers, poker players are much more generous, they normally will tip the dealer every time they win a hand whereas a blackjack player tends to base the tipping on how much they have lost.
