I don't know completely what an electronics engineer does but I know some of their jobs. One of their jobs is to design electronic devices to make our life easier. Another job they have is to make existing electronics better.

An electronics engineer can do Manny things. Design circuits, run stress analysis, The ramifications can be quite extensive it all depends on his assignment
