Answer:
Anger, is a chemical response that affects the whole body, it is brought on by simple thoughts, that are usually fear based, that is the root of the thought is a fear of losing something or someone. The main problem with anger, is the chemical rush created by the brain, clouds rational thought. Someone who is angry, is usually focused on a narrow veiw, and doesn't seem to see the whole picture. Anger is probably the main cause of death on the planet (wars, riots, suicide bombing..etc...). On a small note, A news story goes, a man on a golf course, makes a bad shot, or a lot of bad shots, he throws his club, it breaks, bounces off a tree , hits him in the neck, he died before reaching the hospital!! The main thing to think first, is what happened, worth getting angry over, usually not!!
