What does anger innoculation mean?

Answer:

I've never heard this term, but the words suggest the meaning.

Inoculation in medicine is giving someone a tiny dose of a substance so that he will be immune to it.

So anger inoculation either means exposing someone to anger so that he gets used to it, or exposing someone to a situation which would normally make him angry until he no longer gets angry in that situation.
