Let's say you go out on a date with a casual friend, someone that you know from school or work perhaps. Sometime during the date, you find him becoming too aggressive sexually. You say "NO" (or "I don't want to", "I don't think we should", "I'm not ready", etc.) but he continues to pursue the subject. If he forces you to have sex with him, then that would be rape.
