If you are in labor and receiving dull Back pain the pain will progressively get worse to the point where it will feel like you are being stabbed from the behind. good luck
Dull back pain is very common in late pregnancy. Pelvic pressure is also common the last few weeks. AND these things make us very moody. Back labor will feel like a muscle cramp in your back. It will get more and more uncomfortable. You will also probably have some sort of discharge that is streaked with black/brown/red blood.
One very helpful thing your partner can do for you to help relieve the pain is stand behind you, wrap their arms around you & under your belly, interlacing their fingers together.....then very gently & slowly rasie your belly as high as is comfortable for you & hold this for as long as they are able, then when they are going to release you, they need to do it very slowly & carefully do not just let go!!! This should give you some much needed relief & can be safely repeated as often as you like. Some signs of labor in sheep are the bagging of the udders and the vaginal area swelling and having some discharge. The sheep will need to be set up in her own pen to give birth.
Labor is not accompanied by nausea. But if you have it at 37 weeks, check your blood pressure, you might be having preeclampsia.
It shouldn't cause any problems with ur labor, but depending on how narrow you are, you may have to have a c-section. I, myself, have a narrow pelvic and I had to have a c-section.

what do you mean by pressure, is it constant or just every once in awhile? I would def. go see a doctor ASAP. It could be the way the baby is sitting or even a UTI but just incase its something more serious I would get checked out. Are you having any vaginal bleeding or abnormal discharge? Does the pressure go away with rest? Its normal to feel some changes in pregnancy, but at 13 weeks it should not be too uncomfortable and I dont know much about feeling vaginal pressure, how has your pregnancy been so far? I would really get checked out as it can be a sign of preterm labor.

There is no direct opposite. The choice is normal labor (vaginal delivery) or surgical delivery.
