if you mean the plug which you insert into an electrical socket, then you just pull it out. the same goes for the cable which is inserted into the camera

There are many resources from which one can pull. Additionally, it is important to talk to loved ones to see where they have had their cameras fixed. not sure what your asking if you mean image size they are similar but d3100 i believe is larger if you mean camera size its an SLR camera so its larger then most i have the d3100 and i love it alot
If you mean the camera has a d in its model designation, like Nikon D80 (no plug intended), the D stands for Digital.
In much of the world, flat is the word of choice for a battery which is nearly used up. A more correct term would be 'exhausted'. Weak, used up, run-down are all acceptable terms. 'Dead' can be vague when referring to a battery. It can mean a battery that will not accept a charge, or will not retain a charge, or a battery that is completely exhausted but would still be functional if charged.
