What does bossy boots mean?

Answer:
It's a colloquial term for a person who bosses (dominates) others and gives out orders to others, but doesn't allow them do the same to himself/herself, so one might say Jane is a terrible bossy-boots or one might say to someone Stop that pushing us around, you bossy-boots!
