Some of the rights of mankind come from (are "endowed," or given by) mankind's Creator (note capital "c" in that word).
They are "unalienable," in that one can never be "alienated" from them (i.e. they can never be taken away).
Among these "unalienable rights" are "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness".
Well... that's MY 2-cents worth, anyway... too bad we have drifted from this. plus it is like moe then eough then what you think it is so please say what you please it is not the

equal
These rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
For the religiously inclined, inalienable rights are bestowed by the Creator. For the less religious, we choose to bestow them upon ourselves. The assertion that a right is inalienable only means that we don't think it should ever be violated, it doesn't mean that in reality someone will not violate it. There does not seem to be any cosmic agency that is actively protecting such rights. Citizens of the US, for example, are said by the founding fathers to be endowed by their Creator with the inalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Yet, people still get murdered, thus depriving them of all three of those things.
What The declaration of independence says all men are created equal endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights.'' what does this mean?
the anwser is life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
First of all, the wording is "... all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, ..." So taken in context, this is a fact; it is the Creator who has endowed all men. If it were men who granted rights, then it would be an opinion.
These rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
