It has nothing to do with your account balance. My account is paid and I'm missing a few channels only. TimeWarner has no answers other than it is unavailable. (duh, I can SEE that)
If some channels are coming in and some missing, there is probably noise or leakage somewhere in your home or coming off of main line. This could be coming from a number of things such as crimp on fittings, bad wiring, bad fittings, old tv's or vcr's that have feedback, bad splitters...etc, could even be coming off of neighbors home if they are connected to same tap. Also could be bad drop to house causing intermittent problems...
