As I looked into this, I got mixed reviews. The overall impression is that the drug could possible show up depending on the amount taken and the type of drug screening a person is put through.

No, because it's not a drug of concern to the DOT. Flexeril is a central nervous system muscle relaxant and, as such, will make you sleepy. Truckers don't want to take anything that will make them sleepy--trucking alone will do that. Truckers who take drugs want the kind that will keep them up all night so they won't get fired for not getting their loads there on time.

No. Flexeril is a muscle relaxer and on a normal drug test they are not testing for those.
