What does hypoplastic right maxillary sinus with total opacification mean?

Answer:
hypoplastic means its either underdeveloped or there is some volume loss. ask your doctor about silent sinus syndrome( most docs havent heard of this), that's what i was dx'd with the only difference being that the opacification (cloudy) part was on the left side on a previous mri which they attributed to acute active sinusitis. Then later came the volume loss on the right.
