She probably was shocked or relieved and there for speechless.
- You can either be honest and come right out and ask her why (I would) or she is just the type of young woman that can tell another she loves them, but is shy and awkward when that person reciprocates. All you need to know is she does love you.
- In my past experiences, once a girl is aware she like's you, she will stop and wait for you to make a move. Make a move, just go up to her, don't discuss the conversations, just act like you forgot you sent her the message telling her you like her. Let her know that you aren't going to start acting weird. Act normal, and then discuss it face to face. Most relationships on the internet mostly never worked out.
another thing is, a lot of girls use "i love you" very freely. she might not mean that she likes-likes you, so she may feel akward if you tell her you like her and doesn't know how to respond. but yeah, the best thing to do would probably be to ask her- secret's out now, so you've really got nothing to lose.

No there has not been a texting app yet released. But on the other hand the PS vita can receive text messages. The PS vita gives you a new number in which you can receive text messages. But the downside to it is you are not able to respond back to the text messages. Sony may release a texting app in the future, but nothing has been announced about it.
