If the ac is off and pressure is above 120 psi,then turn unit on,it should equalize...if the ac is on and above 120 psi,it is OVERCHARGED It could also mean that the compressor is not running. What is the high side pressure? >>>>>. If you are certain the compressor is operating, the valves are probably bad. A low amperage reading vs the nameplate FLA/RLA will confirm this.
It meams that there are two separate living units. Instead of side my side with each on a foundation, the uper unit is totally above the lower unit, and does not touch the ground or foundation. It can be that each unit has one level, making a total of two stories, or each can have multiple levels. It can be classed as a duplex, condo or PUD
The flasher relay unit can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The flasher relay unit will be above the accelerator pedal.
Assuming you don't mean the actual buttons, but the control module itself. That would be located in the dash on the drivers side above the steering wheel assembly.
