I'd say without seeing your picture that perhaps you could be a bit on the flat chested side of life and he's not realy into small chested women. I say this as I often hear stories from women who complain that they can't hold a conversation with a man without him looking at their chests. Either that or women don't turn him on. Only you know your body so take it from there.
