If this is what your case is, I highly recommend either ridding of the fuzz in your feet by (and this may sound weird) removing your sock and picking out as much fuzz as you can. As you can see for some socks, it does stick in the creases of your feet. Or to make time go by faster, rub your foot and most of it will come off.
Another reason why your feet may itch is because you might have been in dirtier water with shoes and small parasites might affect your feet. Just keep your feet clean and dry and you should be okay!
