Actually its quite possible to get pimples on your tongue, this is caused by a change of pH(i.e. Soda,Alcohol)

∙ 16y agoIt's probably a canker sore. A mild, non-contagous ulcer of the mouth. It will go away without treatment. More prevelent in 20 something women. No cause is known but it could be stress, poor nutrition, yadda, yadda, yadda. Rinse your mouth with warm salt water to help dry it (the sore) out

∙ 14y agoI'm pretty sure that pimples can't form on tongues. What you may think are pimples are probably papillae, a.k.a "taste buds".
But sometimes you may get a white dot on your tounge. Does it hurt when you bite it? Well then you probally have what I call a "tounge pimple" I don't know what causes them and I also don't know how to get rid of them...Sorry.. :(

∙ 15y agoIf you ever got a pimple on the tip of your tongue I would ask your docter and if you can't see him try looking it up on some medical sites! You might have a rash or infection! Possibly you might be allergic to something?
