There is no need to panic; the "demon" and "dead body" are not real but symbols representing completely different things. First, the demon represents evil in a physical form, just as "Uncle Sam" represents the USA in the form of a person. So this means that you feel that some evil force is attacking you in some way. This could be an institution, corporation, an individual or group, or simply some generalized negative energy. It is very important to understand that the dream is illustrating your feeling and perception. It is not saying such a force exists.
Second, the dead body represents something used as a weapon against you. Dead bodies are not particularly effective weapons, so it is an odd image for your mind to put into this dream. But ... a dead body was once a living person. Perhaps this dead body represents the memory of someone who might have disapproved of you when alive. An expression comes to mind: "Daddy would have been so upset ... " or "Daddy must be rolling over in his grave!" Both expressions carry the idea that if a particular dead person were alive, they would have disapproved. In a sense people (usually family) will use such declarations as weapons against another family member. In dream imagery, such attempts to inflict guilt might very well be illustrated by using a "dead body" as a literal weapon.
Summing up, the dream suggests that someone or some group is using the memory of a dead person to inflict guilt and remorse onto the dreamer.

Blood suggests violence, but it can also represent menstruation, the life force, or familial "bloodlines." A demon is already a metaphor - the personification of evil - and not to be taken literally. Other details in the dream need to be considered for the dream to be understood.
