Most single pregnancies grow at 1 centimeter per week of gestation when measuring from the pubic bone to the top or fundus of the uterus. If the numbers are close then not to worry, if off significantly, could be more than one fetus, could be your due date is wrong, could mean you are having a larger than normal fetus (can indicate gestational Diabetes), or can indicate too much amnionic fluid, or other more rare conditions.
