What does it mean when you have a stomach ache immediately after eating?

There is a long list of things that can mean. Some of the more common ones are a viral stomach illness, what some people call stomach flu and doctors call AGE.

Also, some bacterial infections can do that as well as some inflammatory bowel diseases. Irritable bowel syndrome is another possibility and this list is only the tip of the iceberg. Or, Probably just food poisoning, usually nothing to worry about. It can be treated with over the counter medications such as Pepto Bismol, but if you feel very sick, you should visit your doctor.

It could be a sign of Irritable bowel syndrome. More often than not, the symptoms occur after immediately (or with 10 minutes) of finishing a meal. There's no reason to panick. The best advice is to of course seek professional help or recommendations.
