∙ 12y agoThis depends on your country and what branch of the Red Cross you are applying for. Generally, you will need to have a pre-hospital emergency care qualification (or higher), be experienced in dealing with first aid scenarios, have excellent people skills and be a competent teacher.
Other skills the Red Cross will look for include your ability to inspire the best from your students and if you are able to encourage and motivate them.
