It's ALWAYS said by losers and usually stems from their insecurity and/or jealousy.

It is derogatory for a female that is unkempt, not pretty, swears, has a foul personality disorder, and in some cases, is no better than a cheap prostitute.

It is probably one of the worst and most unfortunate terminologies ever imposed on females and if said in public may be the cause of major retaliation by the accused or bystanders, or both.

A person who uses this terminology is nearly always a society reject with the brains of a peanut and always has a loud voice that talks a lot but says nothing.
