Sharp very hurtful pain on the right side top of ribs, it burn, and feels like a hot Poker, or an elastic being stretched and then lets go with a sharp pain, it almost makes me want to throw up, constant and takes me off gaurd, I wake up with the pain and it lasts all day some times one or two days.

∙ 11y agoThat would depend upon a.) how low below, b.) the severity of said pain, and c.) male/female. I'll try and explain. a.) is as to whether the pain is low enough below to be either1.) a gas pocket (the most common, 2.) an inguinal hernia, lower and less common or, as I've seen numbers of times and appendix on one's left side, by far the rarest, but in need of an immediate screening as it is also the only one deadly!
