It's just a symbol for the Piru Blood gang that the UBN Gs use too. The five point started around the 1920s being used in gangs. The people nation uses the star but they falsely gave credit to BPSN. BPSN is a gangster Stone Crip/Blue Fin BDN Crip gang.
