So we see it's not money itself, but the love of money is the root of all evil. Why? Because it proports greediness and power. People have perverted justice, prostituted themselves, committed murder, betrayed others, and falsified the truth for the love of money. True Christians realize money is an important tool, however they do not get involved with that love for money.
No the bible says the greed for the money is the root of all evil.
What do you suppose causes most of the world's problems? The want of money. People are will to do anything for money. Think it over. Money in itself is not evil. It can be used to do many good things with and it certainly buys food and pays the rent, but it is the evil that people do to get money that is the cause of evil.
Psalms
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light and create darkness : I make peace and create evil: I am the lord of all these things ...
No it doesn't, but it does say to be temperate - check out some of the paraphrases.
No the bible says the greed for the money is the root of all evil.
money
b/c not all people use their money for evil. some use it to glorify god. and anyways your suposed to give 10% to the church every week. but the bible does say that money is the root of all evil
No, the Bible does not say this.
Not at all, many of the worlds misdeeds and evils have no connection to the greed for money. To add to the answer above the quote in the Bible says in the book of 1st Timmothy chapter 6 verse 10 "For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil" in this verse we can see that it is not "money" yet the love of money. To follow up on above bible quote - So one could say that love is also a root of evil.

Zero
Isaiah 5:20
In the King James versionthe only verse which contains both the word - appearance - and the word - evil - is this....1 The 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil..... so this question may have no definitive answer
That is not from the Bible. Neither is 'god helps those who help themselves', or 'money is the root of all evil'. The closest thing that the Bible says is this: 12But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.A colloquial explanation of this would be as in the question 'mean what you say.' People should not need to add oaths to what they say to prove their sincerity. Likely if people do this in ordinary speech they are the more likely to be suspect.Well the bible does not say exactly that but "let your yes be yes and your no be no" Matt 5:37.
Matthew 25:31-34, 41
Money. It is the root of all evil... I would say Marriage! Without it there would not be divorce.
