Depends on so many things! Esp. if she's *had kids* or not, although the degree to which having kids changes a woman's outer appearance varies greatly. If she's had kids, she will likely have stretch marks on her abdomen and possibly breasts and maybe even other areas (80 - 90% chance of getting stretch marks with pregnancy). She will likely have stretching of the abdominal muscles and looser skin around the abdomen. Back may not be as straight as when younger. Breasts likely to not be as round and perky as when younger. Likely to have lines around eyes, forehead, and nasolabial folds. Hair will have lost some of it's lustre and may be getting grey and frizzier. Stress may show in face. I know someone who's 37 with 3 kids and she defies all of this. Her body has barely changed and she retained no weight from the pregnancies. She gets hit on by men in their 20s.
