Ecclesiastes also has a few
The words of the wise heard in quiet are better than the shouting of a ruler among fools - Ecclesiastes 9:17

The book of james has a few

Overall the bible is not telling use to not say to much but for use to understand three thngs. 1) who we are saying them too. 2) Is it for Gods glory and 3) to think fully about what we are going to say before blindly leaping to talk.
