The frontal lobe also know as the frontal cortex is the part of the brain that controls your wise and smart acts. It also controls your flight or fight reflex. Men's frontal cortex doesn't fully devolve till they are at least 23 but Woman's frontal cortex is fully devolve when they are 18. That's why women are more mature then guys
