Not having done it on a Lumina I will give you an answer that applies to most cars. Under the car at the bottom of the Raditor you will normally see a valve on either the far left or right side. Losen this valve with plires but be careful because many of the valves are made out of plastic. If you cannot find a valve just losen the lower raditor hose clamp and carefully pry the hose from the raditor. answer if vehicle has valve, it is usually left hand thread so be careful it is also awfully slow using this valve however most cars no longer have this valve so just remove bottom radiator hoes from radiator if engine is hot be careful as coolant will be hot

It depends on the type of system you have. 1 pipe in, or 1 pipe in and 1 pipe out. Single pipe in/out, try replacing the relief valve or simply shimming the end of the radiator opposite where the pipe comes in. This lets water bleed out of the radiator and stops the klanging.

Questions with 'Facing your Grand Cherokee Laredo, the pitcock is on the bottom right of the radiator. You should be able to reach around the bottom valance (with the engine cool) and feel the pitcock. It is a small plastic valve and should have a 8" tube (which is too short in my opinion) attached. The valve should turn 3/4 of a turn. If it only turns 1/4 turn you may have to apply slight force.
You install the refridgerant in the valve that has a blue cap with an L on it that is on the silver line between the radiator and the engine. Pop on your canister of 134a and fill er up. Cheers
there may not be one if there is is it on the bottom side and if it is not you candrain it by removing the bottom rad hose The 1999 Pontiac Grand Am does not have a radiator drain valve. To drain the radiator, remove the lower radiator hose. The engine should be cold and the water fill cap removed for venting.
