daytime running lights
It is not a warning light. The DRL stands for Daytime Running Lights and will always be on unless you turn on your dashboard lights.
it's Daytime Running Lights.
I believe that would be Daytime Running Lights ( Canada in 1991 )
"DRL" stands for "daytime running lights".....in newer model vehicles, the DRL will turn on automatically when the car is started, thus eliminating the need to turn on the headlights for visibility, although the law states that headlights must still be turned on between ½hour before sunset and ½hour after sunrise.
DRL are your Daytime Running Lights
drl are not the same as low beems they are low watt bulbs that do not project as far. strictly used to be seen in dusky conditions. the low beams should project out more higher on to the road. sounds like the low beam fuse when out or maybe a relay
Under the hood next too the windshield wiper motor. If you remove it, your brake warning light and abs warning light will remain on constantly. However, all your lights will function normally.
as far as i know the drl are your high beams with a resistor to dim them
DRL stands for Daytime Running Lamps.
The DRL Module is located at the LH Rocker Panel left of the brake, under and just below the dash. The DRL Module and the DRL Relay are side-by-side.
