Because water cycles (gets recycled over & over again).
Because it is a cycle of water .First evaporation then condensation then precipitation and all over again.
The Water Cycle is called a Cycle because it is a continuous circle. It goes from evaporation at sea to rain to rivers, out to sea and then gets evaporated again.
the water cycle have 3 main steps but there is really 7 steps. evaporation, condensation, accumulation, ground water, run off, transiration.
Cycles are things that repeat themselves...like a circle. The water cycle, like all other cycles, has no beginning or end.
