There are many opinions on how tofu tastes. They run the gamut from delicious to plaster of paris. You may have to try it yourself to find out.
well, actually, to be more precise, it is like a chickeny, porkish taste and has a little olive dipped in wax on the side taste to it! it is delicious!
Mostly, tofu tastes like what you cook it with. It's taste is so mild that it picks up whatever flavor gets near it.
