Well most professional body piercers won't pierce "outie" navels because of the irritation the piercing will be subjected to. This generally leads to migration and rejection. Find something else to pierce.

Outie navel piercing are generally much more difficult to get positioned correctly. They can be done but you need to know each person is different and there for some can be done where others can't.
