Well, for most people the first time is not too exciting. People tend to be either a bit nervous (which is bad for sex) or drunk (which is even worse). For men it feels about the same as cuddling, only with the extra stimulation on the penis. For most women it feels a little odd and it may or may not hurt. Having sex for the first time does nothing to the male body and may or may not tear the hymen on the female body.
