This could be cause by anything from allergies to getting into poisons among other things and it's very important you take your dog to the vet to have a proper diagnosis done. You owe it to your dog!

It could also be something called Mange. Alot of times a dogs eyelids or face will be swollen the skin will be bumpy and hot and the fur will eventually fall out.
