The only medications that can cause a false positive on a home pregnancy test are those than contain hCG (the hormone the test is measuring) itself. If you are taking fertility medications with hCG - e.g. Novarel, Profasi, Pregnyl - please consult your doctor regarding appropriate times and circumstances for testing. Other fertility drugs and medications that do not contain hCG will not precipitate false positive results. Similarly, progesterone will not cause a false positive as well. I looked up that drug "Fluconazole" and I don't believe that it contains hCG since it is an antifungal drug and does not seem to have any hormones in it, but you can call your doctor to find out for sure.
Homeopathic HCG contains only trace amounts of HCG. Homeopathic remedies are processed in very specific ways and are diliuted many times. For example, a '6x' potency is a 1 in 1,000,000 dilution. Higher potencies are even more dilute.
