∙ 14y agoMost recreational drugs can dilate your pupils except for opiates, also some anti-depressants like Prozac can dilate the pupils. People say weed makes pupils a tiny bit bigger but it is mainly the bloodshot eye which is noticable when high. Heres a list of some that I know that dilate the pupils (if you are meaning including recreational drugs that is?)
