Hi there dried fruits are very good for pregnant women it is loaded with calcium , iron , potassium basically all essential vitamin's and minerals, which is good for you and for your baby.

I am 22 weeks pregnant and i eat lots of dried dates , apricot, figs .my doctor told me to eat every day specially at 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Dry fruits are good for pregnant women which includes raisen, apricots, cashews, Walnuts only 1-2 per day else you put on more weight, badam, dates etc
